Our name and history
The original Florida articles of incorporation for PHOTO PATCH FOUNDATION, INC were filed on January 12, 2015. A name-change amendment filed on July 12, 2023 changed that same entity's name to PEOPLE PATCH FOUNDATION, INC. Photo Patch remains the family-connection program and app brand.
