We patch
wounds,
HolisTechly.

/hōˈlis‑tek‑lē/adverbtreating the whole person, not one symptom.

We meet people at the hardest moments: separation, poverty, incarceration, housing loss. We put technology to work on the whole human. That's what we mean by HolisTechly.

Photo Patch · letters home8,420letters mailed

A child with a parent inside loses contact fast. Mail rules are confusing, calls cost a fortune, visits are far away. Photo Patch removes every barrier so a kid can send a photo and a letter tonight, and a parent can hold something real tomorrow.

Our mission
501(c)(3) since 2015

The mission of the People Patch Foundation is to lift marginalized and at-risk individuals out of poverty, mental instability, and inter-generational incarceration through compassionate support and HolisTech interventions: technology aimed at the whole human, not one symptom.

Our programs

Three ways we
show up.

Photo Patch

We connect families
with Photo Patch.

Our mobile app helps kids send photos and letters to their incarcerated parents. The connection fosters emotional support and family bonds despite physical separation.

Voices of support

What donors are saying.

★★★★★

"I love what you guys are doing. I couldn't wait to get letters from my father when he was in prison, and I know he anxiously awaited letters from me and my siblings. Communication is crucial to maintaining a relationship. Keep doing what you're doing."

★★★★★

"I currently have an incarcerated loved one and it hurts. I would never ever wish this on another family."

Recurring donor
★★★★★

"Letters and photos helped me through my hardest times. I personally know the struggle of being disconnected from a loved one and relying on snail mail. The least I can do is help a child connect to their loved one."
